Scope

Residential driveways and commercial lots

Residential driveway asphalt being laid and finished between trees

Residential

Driveway paving

Driveways are planned around property slope, water runoff, and the size of vehicles that use them. Grade and base preparation shape how the finished surface holds up over time.

Commercial

Parking lot paving

Parking lots are scoped for vehicle traffic, delivery routes, and drainage toward collection points. Layout and access requirements are reviewed before paving begins.

Base and drainage

Sub-base preparation and proper thickness come first

Before new asphalt goes down, the base is graded and compacted, and drainage is planned so water moves away from the surface. Base condition, vehicle loads, drainage, and the area being paved determine the preparation and asphalt thickness included in your estimate.

Paving estimates for your property

We serve Paulding, Cobb, Cherokee, Floyd, and Polk counties, including Cedartown and Rockmart, plus Atlanta and North Georgia. Send the location, approximate dimensions, current surface, and vehicle use when you request a paving estimate.

Can existing asphalt be resurfaced?

That depends on the base, drainage, and extent of damage. A sound surface may be a candidate for an overlay. Sinking or widespread failure may need removal and base work first. We review those conditions before recommending a scope.

Do I need paving or a smaller repair?

Isolated damage may be suitable for asphalt patching. If the pavement is sound but faded, sealcoating may be the maintenance service to discuss. A site review helps distinguish these options.
